Project Support for Corporate Digital Skills Development
SIA Krauzers has received support for the improvement of employee digital skills within the framework of the project “Digital Skills Development for the Development of New Products and Technologies in Latvian Merchants” (Agreement No. 2.3.1.2.i.0/1/24/I/CFLA/002) implemented by the Latvian Digital Accelerator.
About the project
The aim of the project is to promote the competitiveness of Latvian merchants by developing employees’ digital, automation, and innovation skills. Within the framework of the project, companies are provided with various formats of training – short-cycle training programs, professional development training in cooperation with internationally recognized higher education institutions, as well as online training on international education platforms.
Additionally, conferences and informative events are organized, and support is provided for the implementation of digital transformation and the development of new products and services. The project strengthens the ability of companies to use digital technologies in business processes, develop digital management, automation, robotics, and innovation, as well as promotes export development and sustainable entrepreneurship.
